High Thermal conductivity hot tip nozzles are used in hot runner for easy filling under reduced pressure, so that there is proper consistency in moulding. Various types of hot tip nozzles are available for various applications.

Hot Sprue used for single cavity mould and hot tip nozzles are used for multiple cavity moulds and shot weight up to 2 kg. Generally two types of nozzle tips are available: Open gate nozzles and Torpedo gate nozzles.

Torpedo gate nozzles are applicable where maximum gate finishing is required. Both the nozzles are useful for runner gates like Edge gate, Fan gate, Flash gate, Ring gate, Sprue gate and sub gate. Nozzle length up to 600 mm and diameter up to 32 mm are available.
